Commercial HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking skilled and motivated HVAC/R Technicians to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, and, service of equipment and controls for the following: chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and VRF systems. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Service areas include Philadelphia and the surrounding Tri-State region (PA, NJ, DE).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems
- Service and maintain refrigeration equipment such as walk-in/reach-in coolers and freezers
- Install HVAC/R systems and related components per project specifications
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow all company safety and operational guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
- EPA Certification (Required)
- 5+ years’ experience in light commercial (office buildings, retail, restaurants, etc. . . ) and/or heavy commercial (industrial and institutional facilities such as medical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Residency in the greater Philadelphia or Tri-State area preferred

SCHEDULE:
- Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Overtime as needed based on project timelines or emergency service calls
- Some assignments may involve working on active construction projects, requiring flexibility with hours and occasional early starts or extended shifts
- Work is primarily field-based across the Philadelphia & Tri-State area

Commercial HVAC Installers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Ability to read blueprints and work from mechanical drawings
- Experience with rooftop units, split systems, VAV, and/or ductwork installation
- Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and also as part of a crew
